What does it actually cost?
$250 a month to start, which covers you up to 60 agents. Above that it is $4 per agent per month across your whole roster, so if you have 100 agents you pay $400. Once you are past 250 agents the per agent price comes down, so talk to us. Billed annually, and there is no setup fee.
Is there really a free trial?
Thirty days, the whole product, no card. Invite your agents, upload your training, run a real session through it. If you stay, everything you put in stays exactly where it is.
How is this different from a normal LMS?
Most training platforms were built for corporate HR with a real estate page bolted on. We only do brokerages. The practical difference: instead of telling you an agent finished a course, we tell you which of your agents would fumble a low appraisal, and what to coach them on.
How long does setup take?
You will have your own site and be inviting agents the same day. Moving your existing training in is the part that takes real time, and it goes faster if you start forward. Let new sessions land in Stratify from day one instead of migrating years of old files first.
Do my agents need training to use it?
No. Your agents get a link, sign in, and see what is assigned to them. If you needed a training session to teach people how to use the training platform, we would have failed.
What if we grow past our agent count?
Nothing breaks and nobody gets locked out. We true it up at renewal.
